Situation
400–500 employees receive one free meal per day at roughly Rp15,000 per portion. The catering bill arrived monthly as a total, based on the canteen's own count.
Risk
Nobody could prove who ate. An employee could take two portions; another could skip lunch entirely and still be counted. Small leaks, repeated 24 days a month.
What we built
Every portion is verified at the point of collection — one employee, one portion, one day. Real-time log, live dashboard, and a monthly recap that can be reconciled line by line against the catering invoice.

How much does a website or system cost?
A company profile website starts at Rp8 million. Internal systems — canteen, inventory, approval workflow — usually land between Rp25 and 120 million depending on modules and integrations. You get an exact number after the free process-mapping session, not an empty range.
How long does it take?
Websites: 2–3 weeks. A first usable version of an internal system: 6–10 weeks, with a demo every week so you are never waiting in the dark.
Can you clone or rebuild a system we already use?
Yes. We often rebuild systems whose flow your team already knows — legacy software whose vendor disappeared, a subscription that keeps getting more expensive, or a spreadsheet that quietly became your operating system. We replicate the workflow, not anyone's copyrighted code, and fix the parts that always annoyed you.
Do you work with clients outside Batam?
Yes. Our office is in Batam and we understand manufacturing in the Riau Islands, but every project runs remote-first — clients in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, or anywhere else get the same weekly demos and the same response times.
