Three things you cancheck for yourself.

We are new, so we are not going to line up logos you cannot verify. This is all of it: one system a client is using, and two products we built and then run ourselves every day. We name what each one actually is.

Employee Canteen System

A canteen that only bills for the portions actually eaten.

Collection screen: an employee card being scanned at the counter, with the last verified pickups listed beside it.
Portions dashboard: daily counters, a portions-per-hour chart, and a reconciliation panel.
Monthly recap: a table by employee and date, with totals and an export button.
  1. 01.1 — The problem

The invoice arrived as a single number.

400–500 employees get one free meal a day, about Rp15,000 a portion. Every month the catering invoice came in as a total, counted by the canteen itself. Nobody on either side could prove who had actually eaten that day.

  2. 01.2 — What we built

One employee, one portion, one day.

Every portion is verified at the point of collection, before the food changes hands. The dashboard is live — a supervisor watches the day’s count as it happens, instead of waiting for month end to find out something was off.

  3. 01.3 — What changed

Closing the month takes five minutes.

The recap comes out as a list that reconciles line by line against the catering invoice. Around Rp180 million of monthly meal spend that used to be a claim now has an audit trail. Nothing is retyped from a paper tally any more.

Our product · runs our own online shop

Omnimerchant

Shop software we use ourselves before we offer it to anyone.

Inventory page: a product list with stock value and low-stock flags.
Orders and purchasing board: order cards moving from New through to Done.
Cashflow page: money in and out plotted across the current month.
  1. 02.1 — Why it exists

    We needed it first.

Omnimerchant did not come from a client brief. We run an online shop of our own, and stock, orders, purchasing, and money in and out lived in four spreadsheets that never agreed. So we built the thing we needed.

  2. 02.2 — What it does

Stock, orders, purchasing, cash — in one place.

An incoming order takes stock down. A purchase from a supplier puts it back. Both land in the cash record on their own. No number is typed twice, so there is never a second version of the truth to argue with.

  3. 02.3 — Why that matters to you

We know what a bad stock count feels like.

If you are asking whether we really understand inventory and cashflow, the answer is not a certificate. Our own shop runs on this software. Every annoying part of it annoyed us first, and got fixed.

Richer

A personal finance tracker people still open after the first week.

Richer home screen: this month’s remaining budget above a list of recent entries.
Screen recording
Richer insights screen: a spending donut by category with the breakdown below it.
  1. 03.1 — Who it is for

People whose salary disappears without a trace.

Richer is built for young working Indonesians who earn enough but never get a clear picture of where it goes. It is not an accounting app. No journals, no vocabulary to learn before you can use it.

  2. 03.2 — The core of it

Logging something has to take ten seconds.

Every finance tracker fails at the same point: logging is too much work, so people stop on day five. So we squeezed that one flow hard — amount, category, save. Everything else was built behind it, not in front of it.

  3. 03.3 — What it proves

We ship, then we keep it running.

Richer went through review at two app stores, and we have maintained it since — crash reports, user feedback, regular updates. That is the hardest part of a portfolio to fake, and you can check it yourself in thirty seconds.

What happens next

If one of these sounds like your problem, let us look at the process behind it.

The first session is free and there is no pitch deck. We map your workflow, tell you honestly whether software is the answer, and then put a number on it.
